Upcoming ADP review

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with ADP reviews? I have mine coming up next month

I recently moved from PIP to ADP and I have been on enhanced for both parts for 5 years. My original conditions haven't changed but I have a new condition - psoriatic arthritis. There hasn't been a change in my needs due to having other conditions that I originally got awarded for that affect my walking and using walking/bathing/toilet aids etc. Everything I use to help my arthritis, I was already using for other conditions. The only change is I now take DMARDS.

Is ADP more interested in that my needs haven't changed rather than the new condition I have? I am just wondering whether it would be ok to tick 'no change' since even though I have a new conditions, my needs are still the same? Or would a new diagnosis mean I would have to do the change of circumstances part of the review since that illness wasn't on my last review form?

I've heard so many conflicting things and I am at my wits end of worry over it all. Same when it comes to sending evidence with my review form - do I send only evidence of my new condition because they should have everything already from DWP or do I bombard them with everything I have sent in the past, or everything I have from my last review until regarding every condition or do I just send nothing and tick the box for no change?

I'm overthinking it all, I know. I just feel like I wont be able to do right for doing wrong with the review and I am terrified of losing my award. I've had bad experiences in the past with PIP which adds to the worry.

Any advice you could give would be most appreciated
