Pip renews

Morning does anyone know long pip reviews of existing awards are taking at the moment?..I’m in the midland. My award runs out Sept; they requested the review form and got it March. Would my pip just stop in sept or they still haven’t reviewed it? I have a mobility car so I’m scared by the pending consequences Thanks

It will keep running till they reassess.
Mine was due September 2021 and was finally processed April 2023 (when they did reduce my payments even though I'm worse but that's another story isn't it). And they reduced them immediately no warning.
Dc a bit more recent was due December 2022, got the award last month. Was a bit odd as had sent the forms in over a year ago and heard nothing then got a text saying it had been sorted and would here within two weeks. 4 weeks later rang up as no outcome they've apparently set up a group to get rid of lots of cases and just renewed the award.

There is quite a wait at the moment. They need to get their house in order, people are going through lots of stress, with the time it is taking.
