The dreaded PIP review is looming, can anyone confirm if PIP send you a text advising that they've posted out your review forms to you? I know they send a text confirming receipt of completed forms at their end but I was told by a PIP customer service advisor on the phone yesterday that they will text to say it's been sent out to claimants, I've never heard of this before, has anyone experienced this?
