PIP. Would this count as 'evidence'?

I sent my completed PIP form off a few days ago (MH based)
And have since had an assessment with a counsellor who sent this email.

Would this be something I could send as evidence?

It's an NHS counsellor.

Definitely. She says you've PTSD. Anything from anyone who's treating or diagnosed you. If in doubt, send it anyway. Can't do any harm.
Great you're finally applying. If they take ages you'll be back paid from the date of your forms.
Mine took several months, but that was about 6 yrs ago. I think it's worse now. I've not been assessed for years and sent my last forms a year ago. They said they've not made a decision (no interview) and I'm on award til December at least. So it may take a while.

If you have your ESA report you can use that as evidence too.

Yes I did this and it helped, (with PIP) good plan

Also with the ESA report it will say which group you are in. e.g. there is one about not being able to complete 3 or more tasks - which could link in to prompting on the PIP (I think)

I did see something online which cross referenced these- it could be the benefits and work site but I'm not sure.

There is a guide I have seen recommended for mental health and pip too think it was something like money advice and mental health.

I don't have my ESA report?

I'm not sure I was ever given the tribunal one?

I was given the assessment one where they lied and awarded me 0 points.

Then I went to tribunal and was awarded Support group.

But I don't think I have anything in writing from that :(
