Had assesment jan got put into normal group but they didnt have my mri results then so i said want to appeal it had to send further evidance had a message saying been awarde lcwra 3 weeks ago now saying they made a mistake and if want to appeal send evidance wrote back to them saying you alteady have it anyone else this been putting sicknotes in since oct last yr

Did they actually say they made a mistake ? What does the letter actually say?

You say you were put in the 'normal' group. Do you mean you were found to be fit for work or is it that you have limited capability for work but not work related activity.

The assessment is a functional test of what you can and cannot do in relation to work and work related activity. Does the MRI result throw more light on that?

Have you had a proper explanation of the decision including how you were treated in relation to each of the descriptors?
