Child maintenance when child leaves school for the other kids

Hi, random question. Please could someone help me.

My ex partner has one child who lives with him.

One child with me:

Two with his ex wife:

One of those children with his ex wife is 16 but no longer in education and is working full time.

He hasn’t told them this yet; he mentioned it to me yesterday: does this then mean where he currently has to pay say £300 for 3 children so £100 each child; if he no longer pays her for the eldest then does his maintenance go up for the other two children. So mine would go to £150 for a child and hers would go to £150 for the child he has to still pay her for?

He may not have to pay as much but yes what is paid will be distributed differently.

My understanding it's calculated per child. So will reduce to £200 for 2 children
