I have a young baby with my ex partner who is a high earner of around 400k per annum . The cms have assessed at the maximum rate possible of 156k and I believe for anything else this has to be done under the schedule 1 of the children’s act . Has anyone been In a similar situation and able to share their experiences of what the award was from the courts ? I’m just trying to weigh up the legal fees Over any potential extra award,etc. thanks so much!
