Moving from legacy benefits to UC - how to check amounts please?

I've been on legacy benefits for some time.
I am a Carer to my 2 YP, both of whom receive PIP (SEN)
I also receive PIP (mobility).
I receive Income Support & CTC.

I had a letter this am to say I need to move to UC.
I am feeling very low atm (health issues) & would like some company in this.
My local CAB is simply shut all the time so I don't know where to go.

Can anyone advise if I am about to lose money in the changeover please?

You won't loose anything long as you apply by the date the letter states. Your money will be protected so you'll get the same amount however it won't increase until the UC rates are MORE than what you currently get.

Local CAB is probably not the best place. CA nationally run a service called Help to Claim. No face to face though it's delivered by phone or webchat.

Phone number, assuming you're in England/Wales, is 0800 144 8 444.

thank you both that's helpful.
@Bromptotoo I'm in Scotland but I will see if there is a number here.
