So I opened a Cash ISA last Sunday 14th online and nothing had happened to my account where the money was coming from . I did a chat today online and they said there is no application pending and that it was probably due to not being captured by the server.
So I went into the bank and asked in person and she said she could see my application and to give it a few more days. After a couple of hours my bank flashed up on screen with a knicker transaction I had just done in M&S and also the money for new ISA. But on my app there is no new ISAaccount just my money deducted from current acc. Is this the norm whe does the account appear, I haven’t any paperwork. I’m shitting it that a huge chunk of money has gone out and I don’t know where.
