Reactivated child benefit

After the budget changes I've started claiming child benefit again for the first time since 2019/20. I got my claim in a few weeks ago, was paid one week last Monday (first Monday of the new tax year) and then nothing this week.
I thought the single week might be to get in sync with the four-weekly cycle so was expecting to be paid yesterday but wasn't! Any ideas?

I think you'll get paid again four weeks from that first payment. The single week probably covered what you were entitled to in April run.

Ah thank you! I was thinking it would be paid in advance I'll contact them if nothing in three weeks

I did a check (and should've done before posting but might help someone else!)
It's paid one week in advance and three in arrears so that makes sense on timings
