Can I claim TF childcare if >£100k earnings reduced by pension contributions?

It’s probably no, but I can’t find a clear answer from googling.

I earn over £100k so haven’t been entitled, however I now effectively ‘earn’ £98k as I’m putting a large % into my pension. My tax code has changed and I’ve regained my tax free allowance.

Does anyone who is better at this than me able to shed light?

TIA for any help!

Yes you can.

Yes basically taxable income (but ignoring personal allowance reduction) needs to be £100k or less.

Pension or salary sacrifice arrangements like cycle to work or car salary sacrifice can be used and it's usually fairly sensible to do this especially if just over £100k.
