I'm self employed so have to complete a Tax Return. During the year I've received bank interest on a savings account, as well as interest on an ISA account? Do I have to declare the interest from the isa account? Thank you so much in advance ☺️

No. ISA is tax free.

No, ISA interest does not contribute to your taxable income.
