End of tax year Q

Do childcare vouchers and cycle scheme bring down your adjusted net income?

I ask because I thought gross taxable YTD in my March payslip would be my salary plus my bonus, less pension contributions made via salary sacrifice?

However the numbers don’t quite tally and I wonder if that’s because I also still get childcare vouchers and I bought a bike on cycle to work this tax year ie these are also bringing down my gross taxable.

Yes they do 🙂

Seconded, they do!

Remember if you have other benefits eg healthcare, company car they will increase your taxable income.

Got it thanks. I was wondering why it still didn’t tally but realised the private healthcare is added on too as you say.
