Student loan Plan B Scotland threshold

Good morning all,
Happy Easter! Quick question regarding student loan repayments. My total gross income for 2023/2024 is £28,742, I was just wondering if I could request my loan repayment contributions could be refunded. The threshold is rising to £31,315 from this month, April 2024, it used to be £27,600. Does this mean I can claim a refund for my contributions made this year using the new higher threshold or will I need to wait until next year when the £31,315 kicks in?I am just over the old £27,600 so I am confused, which threshold applies to earnings from 2023/24? Thanks in advance.
