Okay guys so I was late to paying my sky bill so I didn’t realise as it was the end of Feb anyway I got an email to tell me I’d missed my sky bill and they automatically take it 10 days later so I was like oh no! But ovbs was like if they’re going to take it 10 days later to leave it otherwise I’d be paying twice they took it 10 days later no problem. Anyway I’ve now had a credit report update and they’ve reported it onto my credit file as late payment. I’ve just exchanged with a mortgage and I’m so worried now I won’t get the mortgage is there anything I can do?

If you have already exchanged there will be no further credit searches so you will be fine

Completion isn’t until end of may will that still be okay?

Presumably the bank has already done its checks and agreed to lend you the money.

Yes all that’s done, contracts signed just need our completion date
