Looking for advice.

My sister's husband passed away. His life insurance paid off her mortgage.

She has met somebody else (they have been together for over a year now).

He now moving in.

I am worried about her property as it is solely hers.

How can she protect it!

He won’t have any legal right to her property unless she put him on the deeds or they marry.

What @BingBongBoo86 says, though if he contributes to, say, significant work on the place he might try and claim if the relationship founders.

She needs to get independent legal advice, especially if he will be putting any money into the property (running it, or repairs etc). If she has children and wants to protect "their" inheritance especially so
