If I've transferred an existing cash ISA bond with Nationwide into another one, can I take out a new cash ISA for this year, or does transferring use up my allowance? I've asked Nationwide twice but had two different answers. TIA.

If you have not used your allowance already this year then you can still pay into your new ISA. If you did an ISA transfer then it does not use up your allowance.
