Does anybody know if you are eligible for tax free childcare whilst in the assessment phase for ESA? I’ve claimed TFC whilst working but now unable to work and claiming ESA at the basic rate whilst they assess my claim. I know I’m entitled to TFC whilst claiming ESA, just not sure whether this applies whilst still in the assessment phase. TIA
