I'm trying to open a Junior ISA for DS who is 6. I suspect exH had opened one for him, but he won't tell me. He is exH because he was very controlling and coercive, he won't budge.
I'm aware DS could hold one Cash ISA and one stocks and shares ISA. I'd be happy to open either for him.
Is there any way I can find out what he already holds?
What would happen if I inadvertently opened a duplicate one for him?
