ESA Query- maternity?

I was wondering if someone could help me.
I receive both the enhanced parts of PIP.
In January 2024 I had a baby, I did not qualify for any type of maternity support including maternity allowance as I was only in my job 12 weeks before going on mat leave.

However after applying and being rejected from maternity allowance, I was put forward for ESA which I am now receiving in the ax phase.

I was sent the long medical questionnaire- I filled it out as best I could but I am very confused because the reason I am not working at the moment is because of the baby not my health. My health isn’t good but technically I would be fit for work except for my baby?

Is there a situation where I will continue to receive this benefit due to being unable to work with a newborn baby?

Or will I be expected to attend a medical assessment? If this is the case, I probably won’t go- the money is great but I don’t think the DWP understand the mental strain and toll lengthy forms and meetings about health conditions take on a person. And to be honest- as I said, I am fit for work except for the baby. I have good days and bad days but my job is very accommodating and can be done from home.
