Anyone had experience with this? I'm losing my mind trying to get CM from kids dad.
For the last year he has been declaring himself as unemployed so zero CM to pay - but has secretly had three jobs. Every time CM caught him up, he quit and never paid a penny.
He's now in significant arrears and has finally been caught again - has a job, and a new place and now has significant payments to make. But he has already missed the first one.
Next step will be to ask CM to do collect pay - but I'm expecting lengthy process and him to push back/dodge at every avenue!
Any one had similar experience, did you ever get there?
