Hi, not sure if I’m posting this in the right section, but has anyone had issues with having their card verified on Vinted? I registered with them last week, listed some items for sale, got an offer on a dress, I accepted it & was redirected to the card verification bit. They froze some money in my account & said it would be unfrozen & the payment for the dress made available after 2 hours. This hasn’t been done by the next day, & I was told there had been an issue with the system & it would take a couple of days. I’ve just checked and they have withdrawn the money they said was only frozen. It also seems to be impossibile to actually contact anyone at Vinted.
