Self employed maternity

Hi, I wonder if anyone can advise me.. I've got my own business as a florist and have also been working as a support worker on a zero hours contract. I'm going to be leaving my support work job at the end of May, and intend to take a break from my business for roughly a year.
I'm quite confused about applying for maternity allowance. It wants me to give pay slips from my job, but I'm not planning on going back. I don't want to be overpaid and have to pay anything back.
Thanks in advance.

Maternity allowance doesn’t rely on you
returning to any job.

You wouldn’t have to pay anything back.

You dont pay back maternity allowance. Your payslips help calculate how much MA you are entitled to.
