Anyone been refused UC advance on migration?

I received the dreaded UC migration notice and did my claim today. Already had issue as they have sent me an appointment for Monday to go in with ID but I work every day so hopefully me explaining I can't come in until after 4 on the journal won't be a problem. I haven't been in a jobcentre in my life as have always had the same job so am dreading it 😞
Anywho...my query is, has anyone been declined for a budgeting advance while waiting the 5 weeks for your first payment? I am very worried as I have only just been paid so the amount I have put as being in my bank account is before I have paid all my outgoings and bills and I do have some savings in a savings account but it's my son's DLA money that I use as and when he needs something so I don't want to have to use it for food (it isn't anywhere near the savings threshold they say affects a claim). I am scared they will see what I have said I have in my bank account and savings and decline a budgeting advance to get me over the next 5 weeks. Feel sick worrying about it.

They won’t decline, at least I have never heard of anyone being declined, and I work with a lot of people helping them to claim UC.

Bear in mind the amount you are offered as an advance likely won’t be the actual amount of UC you will receive.

Thank so much, I really hope I get a payment to tide me over 😞. This whole situation has me sleepless at night as I'm generally anxious anyway. Does anyone know, as we have to wait one month and 7 days until my first payment, which is ages when you usually rely on weekly tax credits, is the first payment more to take into account the extra 7 days wait? After that it's paid the same date every month regularly so would expect those payments to be the same if earnings are the same.If not, it seems very unfair as you have missed 1 weeks money?
