Can I get refund for an fault foot stool which I refused delivery

Sofa shop delivered a broken cylinder footstools, I refused the delivery, they repaired it, and I told them I lost confidence with the product, as the sofa ordered was not good enough as well. And footstools is quite expensive but broken as new. Now they sent an email to me: they threaten me they are charging £30 storage fee and additional delivery fee £150.
Do I have right to get refund in full?

A bit more detail:
The sofa and footstools ordered at same time, but the footstools had it's own separate price, but sofa was delivered a few weeks earlier, the footstools was found fault with broken cylinder when the delivery person in front of me, I refused the delivery,I didn't agreed anything or signed anything, now they repaired it, and want to deliver it to me, but I wanted a full refund, but they threaten me with an email for extra charge for storage and redelivery which is unfair force, as I have ordered one corner sofa and one three seater sofa which are in use in my living room which fully paid.
My friend was so surprised with this company's behaviour

Generally, if you ordered online you should get a 14 day cooling off period from receiving the goods.

Was it a custom order eg. You choose the fabric etc? As I think they can be slightly different.

Thanks, it was telephone order after visiting store, I believe I have 14 days return rights from the delivery? and I did refuse the delivery due to faulty product.
I will keep the both sofa. As the footstools looks fragile with broken cylinder on the delivery, it was a plastic holder for the cylinder, and the price of this footstools is unbelievable high for the quality.

Natuzzi Italia ,the store name

The store manager insisted it was a customized order and it is off shelf products. He apologised for his colleague threatening of charge of storage and redelivery fee, but he told me refund is impossible and deadlines is this Friday.
Google reviews from complaining customer shows their records which I believed we chose a wrong store.
Claim from court?

Natuzzi Italia Milton Keynes, franchise store.
The owner don't care about customers, he only care about his profits, and the threatening might be instructions from the team.
What a rude and nasty business.
Never do business with this sort of people.
