DH invested more money in business then he told me

DH told me he'd invested £20k but I've just found out it's £35k. What do I do? Am I being financially abused? We've been married over 10 years. Relationship rocky anyway. Feel like this is the last straw.

What's your financial situation like? Joint finances, who controls/accesses money, who earns what, any other signs of abuse?

Whether it's abuse or not, he lied- a big lie.

We have a joint account for mortgage and some bills. I pay childcare from my account. The investment he made was over 3 payments over 2 years, and came from his personal account. I think I'm shocked that he's lied.

I don't know if it is financial abuse or not but it's definitely wrong to lie to you,you have been married to him for 10 years,thats not a small amount either thats just under a years salary for me.think you are right to be Ann he has lied to you rather than discussing it with you.

He claims that I knew about some of it ( I did) and when he answered to tell me the total, he had forgotten the actual amount.
