Need some help with statutory rights

I purchased a bathroom online a few weeks ago, when I found out that the toilet that I had ordred was not in stock, I cancelled the whole order (on the suppliers advice) and reordered another bathroom with a toilet that is in stock. They have taken the money for both bathrooms (over £2500). I've had my bathroom delivered but they have still not refunded me for the bathroom that I cancelled. This pushed me over my overdraft limit and I have incurred a £25 penalty.

THe bathroom company are refusing to pay the penalty whcih I think they shoudl as a 'good will gesture' but they can also not confirm when I will receive my refund.

They say that they have 30 days in which to pay me back. I think they are taking the piss.

What are my rights? I'm bloody skint!

They are Victoria Plumb and I spent quite a bit of money with them which is what pees me off. I'm not loaded and saved up for ages to get this bathroom done and now they have sodded me about. I've had to take money from my son's savings account to cover me so I don't continue to be over draft.

I paid by switch incidentally.
