Am I entitled to a refund ?

Just want to check before I insist that I’m ok to ?

I paid a higher delivery charge for next day delivery as needed an item urgently - 4 days later it still hasn’t arrived. I have been in contact with the company who tell me they can’t refund the next day charge as it’s been shipped now - but that’s not the point they’ve not shipped it as next day ? Am I right to insist on a refund ?

Yes, you're entitled to the extra fee you paid. You're not entitled to the whole fee you paid for postage.
