IHT - Spring Budget

A what would you do question! If you were about to submit forms for IHT, due to be paid at the latest in April - would you do it? Or wait and see what the Spring budget holds given the speculation about IHT cuts?

Isn't what's due calculated by the rules at date of death? I doubt you could use new rules that came in after death, but I guess you might want to make certain.
