Is it OK to post a 'this is how my financial look' for suggestions? ?

I'm doing fine, I live below my means and have significant savings. I'd like advice /suggestions from knowledgeable people as to how the money is held (shares, cash, house equity, etc).

I posted somewhere a few years back (can't remember where!) and got good advice that I has too much as cash so I gradually moved it to shares isas. With the increase in mortgage rates and decrease in my income it's time for a rethink.

I'm asking in advance because this area seems to be mainly for those struggling to make ends meet. I'm not a mega earner in a million pound house but am not sure if such posts are welcome here. If not, is there a better place? Sure MSE used to have somewhere suitable but I can't find it.

Thanks

I think it is fine to post, it shouldn’t all be doom and gloom! There are people on all areas of the financial spectrum lurking here.

You’ll get people telling you that you are tone deaf and that unless you haven’t got any gas and electric for half of the month you are extremely rich and spoiled….but go for it.

The investments board would probably be a good place to post. It's in the money section

Thanks all.

I will look for the investments board, might be a better place. Thanks you.
