Hi, on your universal credit statement where does it say about childcare costs? I sent my nursery invoices but there's nothing mentioning it on the statement?

Have you checked you're to do list? Your CC need to be approved. Sometimes there is an error in the system and I've had to submit them again.

Thank you, it's not asking me for anymore information on the to do list.
On the statements is there a specific part that directly refers to the child care part?

Yes I think it is listed separately as childcare costs.

The second statement doesn't refer to childcare either and there's nothing for me to do on to do list? I've just put a note on journal, hope they clarify it soon

do the dates on the childcare fall within your assessment period?
proof of costs should include the dates and names. It’s then added as an extra element

when adding a note on your journal state it’s about a payment.

You need to call UC ASAP. They take ages to respond to queries especially if you have a job they won't rush as you won't have a work coach.

The first date I claimed was 5 October, my childcare was 16th Sept to 15th oct I paid on 15th October.
Then sent the next proof of payment for following month.
I'll call tomorrow it's confusing

Generally if you pay it and upload the proof as soon as you’ve paid there shouldn’t be a problem.
some of them can be pedantic- i had one refuse to pay because the screenshot from my bank said today instead of the date. Just uploaded it again and it was fine.
the receipt invoice from childcare has to show the dates it covers though.

my assessment period is 14th-13th but the childcare is the 1st to the end of the month so i always have a rollover from the previous month.
