Autumn budget renters

Following the budget yesterday and the news that the lha for rent will be unfrozen, does anyone know how I can find out/work out/guesstimate what the new rates will be? TIA

No one knows yet.. it will be calculated by the valuation office and usually the figures are released in January.

I read this morning it is only being unfrozen for a year- I'm guessing due to a looming election.
