Did anyone get the UC WiFi and have trouble with it? I thought I would save money so switched from talk talk but have now been 3 days without internet as it just cut off randomly and won’t come back on. I’ve done all the things like reset it etc and nothing works. I’ve spoken to them and they are useless said they would come out tomorrow then cancelled and now they aren’t coming till Monday. By then that will be 6 days without it and my son is upset and being moody with me (he is autistic before anyone has a go and relies on his WiFi) I never had trouble with talk talk and was with them for 8 years, how else can I get internet for the weekend? He doesn’t have a phone just uses a laptop.
