I placed an order on Uber Eats for a Starbucks. Half an hour later the order was cancelled by Starbucks. They took the money and it had t been refunded 2 days later. Does anyone know how I sort this out please? Smile

Assuming you’re using the mobile app:

Go on account (bottom right) and select orders from the top row.

Tap on the Starbucks order, scroll down and at the bottom select get help and then past order.

This will open a chat with a drop down of issues to select, choose “order never arrived”.

I am yes. Thank you. I'll try that but it's not so much never arrived as Starbucks cancelled it. But I'll look now thank you!

I think there is also an option for “other issue” either way, if memory serves correct once you select an issue it begins the chat and you can add more details if you need Smile

Mmm. I did this and it just says the seller cancelled the order and I won't be charged. There doesn't appear to be an option to raise a dispute

Does it look like a chat with a message box at the bottom? If so type out and explain, if you’ve got online banking take a screenshot to say it has been charged.

Haven't ordered in a while so it may have changed! What a pain

Nightmare. Just keeps firing me backward and telling me it's a previous order with no option anywhere to chat. Wondering whether to go down to Starbucks itself. They'll probably tell me to get lost. Waahhhh

Google an email address, email and if you don’t get anywhere in a week dispute the charge with your bank.
