anytime between 8 and 12 (or was it 12.30??) - told them I had to go out and get DS2 from nursery (and what times) - but I've just come home and done a 1471 to find that they rang at 11.20........when I was standing waiting to pick DS2 up.....
What should I do? Will they try again - or should I try and ring them??
