Anyone eligible for the warm home discount but swapped suppliers since 13TH August?

I've been told its going to be sent to my old account, as that's who I was with on the qualifying date.

But I'm with someone else now.

Anyone been in same situation? How did you get your money?

I swapped supplier last year. Old supplier sent me a cheque.
