Any IFA's out there who could give me a steer with moving pensions

Hi there,

I am looking at moving a couple of old pensions into a SIPP with Vanguard or Fidelity due to the charges and type of products I was invested in.

I have moved one to Vanguard 80% Equities Lifestrategy fund but am looking at moving another one and not sure whether to put into the same fund or whether to look at another one either with Vanguard or with someone else - any thoughts?

Thanks

Noone can answer this based on the info you have given. It would be irresponsible to. They would need to do an assessment of your situation, your goals, your attitude to risk etc. Then recommend options that meet your requirements. That's what you pay them for.

A more helpful answer though would be - why not try posting on the MSE Pensions board. Lots of helpful posters there, including IFAs. Maybe ask what they would do in the same situation rather than asking for a steer or advice.

Thx - I already have done

However, the reason I asked is that on a previous thread that’s exactly what an IFA did…..give the advice to invest in the Vanguard fund. So there’s that…
