hi

have 6 months full and 6 months half pay due to length of service

have been LTA since 11/6/23 with three further absences totalling 15 whole days and 8 working days in the rolling 12 months , the first one wont drop off until January 24

just had a letter saying going on to half pay from 13/11/23 , this doesn't sound right. Before I phone payroll I wondered if anyone had any thoughts

Thanks

182 days from 11/06/2023 is 09/12/2023. Less 15 calendar days is 25/11/2023.

Are you sure it’s 15 calendar days?

Do you have any days sick absence that should fall off between now and 25/11/2023? I ask this as they may have calculated at todays date.

Be aware there map be a 4 year limit of 12 months sick and so your no pay date maybe sooner than you expect.

I would ask HR for their calculation.

It sounds correct to me.
June to Nov is 6 months exactly or do you mean you think it should go to half pay before then?
