Long story short, the card appeared online for me and I banked it. Must have been a technical issue and it entered me into the competition instead. I've logged it with them and they're going to look into it with technical team.
This happened 24th September and I've not heard anything since. Tried to call customer services they say it's still with them and they're looking into it.
I'm going to be devastated if they can't trace it back.
By the off chance I was playing it online in bed as I was poorly and got me and the kids an easy tea! 
Not sure what the point of my post is I'm just worried I suppose. It would be life changing for us and I'm not sure what the outcomes going to be.
