Someone I follow on SM has got involved with them and is also in the US, so I assume the same trip. I can't for the life of me work out what it is but there seems to be a lot of cult leader type worship of people higher up in the organisation - the fawning when one talks to her or answers her question on Zoom is ridiculous.

Banks/mortgage providers would insist on seeing evidence for insurance on a thatched roof, we've had to provide evidence of insurance for our home and it's not even thatched, you can't get a mortgage if you don't insure your home, even more so if the roof is a huge fire risk.

Wonder if Yawn has tried to recruit anyone who was on that group dog walk earlier today??

True @Wintersgirl but I am not sure Yawn has a mortgage thanks to a couple of cash injections unrelated to FLP. If she doesn’t have a mortgage then buildings insurance isn’t compulsory (though it would be crazy not to have it anyway!). I think Yawn’s regular costs are generally lower than we think but she still can’t cover them with her “successful” business and there is no saving for the sort of rainy day that penetrates that thatch or the ability to keep an expensive car on the road or pay £1-2k buildings insurance.

I’m not sure but there’s a real sense of the Yawns living beyond their means in order to prop up the illusion.

I was so tempted to go on the dog walk. With more notice I’d have invited my dog walking friend. I would have paid good money to see my friend take her apart verbally if she attempted any recruitment conversation. I’m afraid I would have struggled to keep a straight face. Yawn has a habit of wearing those tennis visors. They are just too ridiculous and once I start giggling that’s my mascara gone in minutes.

Unfortunately I was dragged down to Cheltenham for the opening meeting.

If Yawn gave my dog a treat on a walk like she did with that retriever/lab I'd have knocked her into next week as mine had a special diet and many many allergies. And yes, he would have run up to her and asked for one, because, well, he was a dog!

How sad that you can't even ho for a really nice dog walk without whipping your phone out. Not one other single person had a phone out apart from yawn. They do have a mortgage

Yawn defo has a mortgage, and quite a big one. She was complaining how much it had gone up earlier this year with the interest rate rise. I remember thinking at the time that the extra payment she mentioned suggested that the mortgage was well into 6 figures, that is 6 of our figures not the MLM version of 6 figures.

I don't think Castle's air bnb has worked out as well as she expected.
There were hardly any bookings for 2024 when I looked the other week but today it is not available from beginning of Feb 2024 till Sept 2025.
I'm guessing they are either moving back to the UK or planning to sell as they need the money.

I think both Uber and Castle built their AirBnB dreams during a unique period in time when UK properties were in demand due to travel bans and people had a bit more money. Both properties were very expensive and available just at the point people could escape again for reliable weather or were facing huge belt tightening.

Perhaps both of them mistook their lucky timing in FLP for some sort of commercial ability outside the pretend entrepreneurial world of MLM? MLM “success” doesn’t translate. I wonder if Castle thinks she’s going to come back to the UK and run her relaunched planner business? Or perhaps her gnat’s brain has latched into something else? She’s mentioned Portugal and Dubai. Those poor kids.

Ah OK, I’m never sure with Yawn. If she moans about the cost of living such as a hike in her mortgage costs I always think it’s a stealth boast or just a way of engaging people who are struggling - I just don’t believe anything she says! I just can’t work out how she limps on. I got the date of her accounts wrong too so will have to wait longer to see what’s happening with that massive directors loan.

That dog walk is very odd. If someone turned up to a dog walk in pristine make up I would find that strange. It’s a clear sign she’s there for content building rather than dog walking. If I was part of that group and someone spent any time clearly recording content I’d be irritated because I really don’t want to appear on someone else’s SM. The next thing will be approaching those dog walking individuals re FLP. I wonder whether they will set up a new WhatsApp and start meeting somewhere else as soon as Yawn’s agenda becomes clear (which should be very soon).

Yawn's ex-BFF is having smoke blown up her arse by Uber at the moment. That's got to hurt Yawn.

Nurses rant today about how the NHS has totally let her down with this experience is really irritating me. She's had about 5 gp appointments and then a trip to a and e and then an ambulance because her son had a cold that turned into a chest infection. She hasn't been let down, she didn't give the antibiotics chance to kick in, didn't have him take them for the first couple of days because he didn't like them and caused drama, but had him riding around on his scooter and going out for coffee when he was ill. Her anxiety over him being ill has meant she hasn't eaten properly for a week, I have no idea how she would cope if something actually serious ever happened. But its OK because she's proud of herself 🙄

Was Nurse actually ever a Nurse?? She's totally clueless isn't she?
