Very active seller and buyer on a Vinted and today is the first issues I've had.
2 purchases both sent to EVRI collection point who I've used for sending and receiving with no issues however:
Parcel 1 - email confirming parcel ready to collect. Went to collect today and no parcel.
Parcel 2 - email confirmation parcel ready to collect and then another saying thank you for collecting (I didn't as at home with DD and email came through at 2109, thought at first parcel had been scanned in error) Went today and parcel not there.
Collection point manager within the petrol station very unhelpful and rude and kept saying contact EVRI nothing to do with us. Have tried to contact EVRI (hahahaha) and also raised an issue on Vinted about parcel 2 as it won't let me raise one about parcel 1 yet.
Any ideas / suggestions? Not a huge amount of money, parcel 1 was tops for DD and parcel 2 was bibs.
