Withdrawal from vinted

I've sold something on vinted and when trying to add my bank account it doesn't recognise the details. I've tried this with 2 accounts and same thing. It's only £2.75 but it's the principle of it. Please can anyone help? I've tried contacting them but nothing yet.

I've had the same, I sold quite a few things and mine is about £60, but I haven't got round to looking into it yet.

Although I'm sure as I can be that I put the account details in correctly. I wanted to pay the money into my Kroo (similar to Monzo etc) account not that it should matter.

It's weird. I messaged them and someone replied asking for a screenshot then when I tried again in order to take a screenshot it worked!
