Child Maintenance Age 16

Hi

I'm a paying parent and my eldest turned 16 earlier this year. Since then I've had nothing but trouble with her being dropped off the claim on two occasions now despite being in full-time education and mum still in receipt of child benefits.

All this is creating problems with the CMS claim and neither I nor mum know what is supposed to be paid.

Have others been having the same trouble?

This happened to me this month. I called them and they said it was automatic as I hadn’t reported to hmrc (for child benefit) that my daughter was still in education
