HELP ! CAN YOU TELL ME IF IN MY SITUATION I CAN GET CHILD TAX CREDIT ?

No it's ok you are entitled to child tax credit it's working tax credit you get if you're both working and that has the child care element with it.

It's fine.

DH works (self employed), I am SAHM, we get CTC as well as Child Benefit. It basically just tops up your income if you earn below a certain level.

Our child tax credit is......£10 a week - but it all helps - if your income isunder £50K I think you get something.
