As a single parent with two children aged between 5 - 13, how many hours a week will I be expected to work? When I was with my partner it was 25hrs a week. Now we're separating will that change?

Thank you in advance

It's not done on hours but on earnings.

Assuming you're not self employed, earnings over £677 per month should mean you aren't expected to look for more work - but that's due to go up to £812 a month very soon.

Thank you, I'm both employed and self employed. Employment is 650 a month and self employment fluctuates 200-500 so I should be making just enough most months. Thank you!

Sounds like you will be fine. Nobody has ever called me for a face to face appointment when my wage was under £1000.
