Hi,
We have our electricity from Eon and, in August, they took the energy support payments back, over £450, from our account. When I contacted them they said it is because ours is not a domestic property.
I sent them a copy of our council tax bill and said to look on Google earth and they could see for themselves that it is a house!
I have since contacted them a further ten times and, if they bother to get back to me at all, they say they will look into it then I hear nothing.
What can I do?
