Can anyone recommend something for DS who is now in his first job and renting a house share.

The landlord wanted rent quarterly up front so DS used the bank of mum and dad as he hadn't been paid then. He's now trying to catch up and save for the next quarter. I've also reminded him that his energy bills will only get higher

He's never had to think about money before so I'd like to get him off to a good start.

Having a second current account, possibly one that pays interest. He pays a set amount each month that covers all bills including quarterly (rent) and annual (insurance). All DD go out of this.

It's free for students for a year: https://www.ynab.com/college/

YNAB is honestly life-changing if you get past the sharp learning curve. I wish I'd found it as a teenager!
