Experien - are they accurate?

My credit rating has shot up inexplicably from 800 to over 900.

I have a small amount of debt which I'm paying off and am low income as part time.

Only thing I can think of is that I've been trying to update records recently so that might reflect.

Not sure what these numbers really mean or what they mean.

Upon registration as a part time worker with no rent/mortgage my score is 999.

I guess they can see more than I've told them: my income is significantly more than my earnings as I also have an occupational pension.

Oh is it 😆

I won't get too happy then, just wondered why it had changed! I'm looking for a new place to rent at present so am trying to get everything in order

It tells you what has changed, not on the headline report but on the actual report.

I find credit karma better try that

Mine dropped 30 points when I moved because of the time lag getting on the electoral roll. I did it straight away but it takes a while for Experian to catch up. So yours could have increased if you’ve recently made sure all your accounts are registered to the right address.

Thanks - I guess I'll have to look into it in more detail.

Trying to sort so many things out at present I'm very distracted!
