UC statement not generated

hi not sure what’s gone on but my statement is always ready on the 20th but for some reason today it’s not. is anyone else having this trouble? weekends don’t normally effect it but with it being sunday i can contact them and am going to be very stressed. There shouldn’t be a payment blocker, although i recently updated my daughters disability rate but that’s the only change and that shouldn’t of effected it

It should have a date when your statement will be generated by. So my payment date is the 12th and my statement date always says the 8th (however its usually the 6th). What's your statement date? If its not passed it could be just that they're short staffed with school holidays, if it's passed probably need to leave a message in your journal.

What rate is your daughter now getting ?If you are declared on your account as a carer and your daughter gets middle rate / higher disability benefits, you will have no work related requirements. They have to verify your daughters disability benefits to change your work group . Could this be it? Send them a message and tell them you cannot see you statement . Hopefully they will action what’s needed .

I may be incorrect, but something is holding up your statement and the case manager will need to rectify it .

@Bookchildtable says by 22nd but is always the 20th, never had a problem before but i’m a stress head, @Adviceandhelp1 sge used to get medium rare but now gets high so i updated it friday but didn’t think this would delay it as it’s been verified already
