British Gas being bizarre....

Monthly payment for gas and electric hasn't come out - usually 17th
Random debit of £21.67 (if only that was my monthly payment)

Checked our account, says last payment was June (it wasn't, there's debits in July) and "account closed"

What?! Help!

No emails?

Check your spam folder too. Sometimes mistakes happen so another supplier might be in the process of switching your account to them.

Hadn't thought of that but nothing in spam folder

And gas and electric still on (thankfully!)
